Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products, websites, and services operated by ZEG Pty Ltd ("ZEG", "we", "us", or "our"), including StyleME and Evolve.
By creating an account, using our services, or accessing any ZEG website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services
ZEG builds and operates AI-powered consumer products. Our current products include:
- StyleME — an AI fashion intelligence platform available at style.zeg.com.au
- Evolve — an AI personal growth companion available at evolve.zeg.com.au
Both products are provided free of charge to users. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, modify existing features, or discontinue any product or service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
ZEG products are free to use. We do not charge users, run advertising, or sell user data to fund our services.

Accounts
Certain features of our services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@zeg.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our services.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable Australian or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or related systems
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our services without our written consent
- Use our services to transmit unsolicited communications or spam
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Use our services to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating their account.

Intellectual Property
Our services and their original content — excluding content provided by users — are and will remain the exclusive property of ZEG Pty Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, product names, and service names may not be used without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, resell, or commercially exploit our services or their content.

Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to our services ("Your Content"). By providing Your Content to us, you grant ZEG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You may delete Your Content and close your account at any time. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Content
Our services incorporate artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, insights, and other outputs. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only
- We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations
- AI outputs should not be relied upon as professional advice in health, legal, financial, or other regulated domains
- The same input may produce different outputs over time as our models are updated
Our AI is designed to support your thinking, not replace it. You remain responsible for all decisions you make based on our services.

Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on our services.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZEG and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you may have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zeg.com.au or using the account deletion feature within our products.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services.
